An event that’s both socially conscious and artistic awaits street art enthusiasts on Sunday, March 8, 2026 in eastern Paris. A year after its previous gathering at Sport 13, the Les Bombasphères collective is once again celebrating women — especially women artists — with a free jam session open to everyone, regardless of experience.
The event, organized by Louyz, MS Beja, and Demoiselle mm, will be held this time at the Cristino Garcia Shelter Center. Managed by Emmaüs, this facility is located in the 20th arrondissement of Paris. Throughout the day on March 8th, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., 45 artists from the collective Les Bombasphères will revamp the entrance of this Parisian shelter with a vibrant mural patchwork on a fencing wall. These talented female street artists will use their brushes and creativity to transform the entryway into a true work of art.
Several activities are planned for the occasion. In addition to live painting performances, this street art jam will also feature graffiti workshops open to all visitors, along with an artist shop area. There will also be a refreshment stand to quench your thirst and a food stall to satisfy your appetite.
It’s worth recalling that the Bombasphères have already been behind several notable events in Paris. These include the iconic mural in the 20th arrondissement, a recent exhibition featuring 80 street artists at the Lab Galerie, as well as a festival held last fall in the former premises of the Cours Florent drama school.
This time, 45 artists from the Les Bombasphères collective are set to make their mark at the entrance of the Cristino Garcia shelter. Join us on March 8, 2026 — International Women's Rights Day — for a free chance to experience this impactful event!
