Urban art fanscan smile again. There are plenty of artistic events in Paris this autumn, includingHopare 's performance at Le Shack, JonOne 's installation at Fluctuart and the Miss. Tic, not to mention the opening of Le Mausolée.
This September, another event should delight street art lovers: an exhibition presenting the work of 80 artists (68 women and 12 men), initiated by Les Bombasphères.
If you haven't heard of Les Bombasphères yet, you should know that it's a group of over 90 female urban artists. On a regular basis, this artistic group of mutual aid and sharing organizes events in the street or at universities, via associations and companies. The aim? Launch a new dynamic to give women artists greater visibility in the French urban art scene.
Since November 2024, the wall at N°86 rue de la Mare, in the 20th arrondissement of Paris, has been the very first Bombasphères showcase. Last March, the group also took over the walls of Spot 13 for Women's Rights Day.
From September 13 to 27, 2025, Les Bombasphères launches its new event: a group exhibition featuring 80 artists and 120 works created " on original supports ". And for good reason: these are custom paint cans, most of them presented on pedestals. The results can be seen free of charge at Lab Galerie, a small Parisian gallery located in the 11th arrondissement, not far from Place de la Nation.
As for the artists, the exhibition features works by demoisellemm, who initiated the Les Bombasphères group and conceived and organized the show, as well asAdey, Delphine Delas, Emyart's, Kaldea, Louyz, Maca, Annouk Dupont, Chaperon Rouge, Kellymiti, Elimo, Raphaelle Emery and Licea, Lucce and miu.
The wide variety of styles on display should appeal to the many urban art enthusiasts. And don't forget that all the custom paint cans on display at the gallery are available for sale, at different prices (80 euros, 110 euros, 200 euros...). In short, there's something for every taste and every budget!
Please note that the exhibition is open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 3:30 pm to 7:30 pm. The vernissage is scheduled for September 13 from 4 to 10 pm at the Lab Galerie.
