AURA INVALIDES, the must-see sound and light show in Paris

Do you like immersive experiences ? Then you're going to love AURA INVALIDES, a fabulous show that reveals the full splendor of the Dôme des Invalides at nightfall.

This immersive experience combines lighting effects, video mapping and original orchestral music. It aims to illuminate the Dôme des Invalides and help us (re)discover the magnificence of this jewel of Parisian heritage. "This extraordinary immersive show will enable us to discover or rediscover the majestic and grandiose heritage of the Dôme des Invalides, by sublimating its architectural qualities and its history," explains Ariane James-Sarazin, General Curator and Deputy Director of the Musée de l'Armée.

This original creation begins at dusk, and lasts 50 minutes. Please note that reservations are required to attend the show. It's a veritable journey through time that takes place above our heads: the show recounts the construction of the dome in the time of Louis XIV. Then we discover the memories preserved beneath the monument, and the elevation of the site. The show is projected 360° over the entire dome, for total immersion.

Expect a spectacular show. Lights, lasers and sound take us on a fabulous journey. The architecture of the site, its illustrious occupants, their history and that of France are highlighted in turn. We finish in an exceptional explosion of color, leaving us in awe, with stars in our eyes.
