What’s happening in the sky captivates you? Then don’t miss Paris Under the Stars! This event, entering its 9th edition in 2026, invites people of all ages to 22 evenings of Milky Way observing. Guides from the French Association of Astronomy will accompany you on a quest to spot Jupiter, Saturn, Ursa Major, or the Moon’s craters, which you can explore with binoculars and telescopes graciously lent for the occasion.
This year, these evenings are to be enjoyed from June 27 to September 5, daily from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., in 21 Parisian parks and gardens, to celebrate their nocturnal openings. Take advantage of this free, no registration required opportunity to learn more about our night sky, the planets of our galaxy, and other astral curiosities! You’ll also have the chance to witness the Solar Eclipse on August 12 at Parc André Citroën!
Don't forget a warm layer for the evenings, which can get chilly.
So, are you ready to have your eyes filled with stars this summer in Paris?
