The Westin Paris-Vendôme revives a hotel classic: the club sandwich

Sandwich fans are expected at the Westin Paris-Vendôme, starting this September 1, 2019 to try chef David Réal’s original club sandwiches.

It’s a hotel classic that chef David Réal has decided to revive, starting from September 1, 2019 at the Westin Paris-Vendôme: the club sandwich.

Available in three versions, the club sandwich by David Réal is prepared with organic and local products: each bread is made with organic flour from miller Olivier Deseine’s Moulins de Brasseuil, while vegetables from Comptoir des producteurs.

On the menu, 3 recipes:

  • Le Tradition: Pullman loaf, romaine salad, tomatoes (fresh or sun-dried, according to the season), organic egg, organic poultry, bacon from Domaine d’Abossia, homemade mayonnaise with mustard from Meaux, served with fries, €25

  • Le Nordique: black bread  based on malted  spelt flour from Moulins de Brasseuil, Gravlax salmon (according to delivery, other smoked fishes are available: trout, haddock or eel), cream cheese, pickled red onion, beetroot, cucumber, lamb’s lettuce, lemon, served with red cabbage salad, €27

  • L’Ephémère: twice a month, young members of the team (apprentices and tutors) got their works highlighted with a club sandwich with seasonal products, according to their current inspiration, served with fries or vegetable chips as sides, €24.

The club sandwiches will be available from September 1, 2019 on Terrasse d’Eté and at the Bar Tuileries starting October 1, 2019.
