For an uncommon, artistic and highly gourmet experience, we recommend you book you March 19, 2020 for an exclusive night held at Le Meurice.

Called Surrealist Dinner, this project ran for months by Le Meurice teams and designer Charles Kaisin will take place in the Parisian palace state room. Let us explain.

In 2012, Charles Kaisin launched the Surrealist Dinner concept mixing extravaganza, haute gastronomie and high-quality scenography. Every year, the designer takes his guests to an atypical place he transforms into a surrealist universe, and it’s very naturally then that Le Meurice – house of surrealist master Salvador Dali – houses the next edition.

It’s on the them of metamorphosis that relies this new edition that will be paced by different entertainments with a performance between each course, as well as an interlude every three minutes. A genuinely immersive experience likely to awaken your senses with pictures, sounds, screenings, smells, flavors and many more surprises!

Moving on to food, be ready to enjoy an haute-gastronomie dinner especially cooked for the night by Alain Ducasse’s team and pastry chef Cédric Grolet who revisits on the occasion his iconic Citron. The meal will be paired with the greatest vintages from Champagne house Dom Pérignon.

So, are you tempted by this out-of-this-world experience?
