The Don Juan II yacht is getting a makeover thanks to chef Frédéric Anton, who is offering a gastronomic experience in chic, elegant surroundings, all while cruising on the Seine.

Ahighly gastronomic novelty this autumn, Michelin-starred chef Frédéric Anton takes the helm of the yacht Don Juan II and takes Parisian gourmets on a gastronomic cruise along the Seine, on the most beautiful avenue in the world.

Set in the Art Deco décor of the Don Juan II, this dinner-only cruise takes in Paris's finest monuments, while savoring the best of French gastronomy from a multi-starred chef. Frédéric Anton is also in charge of the 3* Le Pré Catelan restaurant in the heart of the Bois de Boulogne, and the 1* Jules Verne restaurant on the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower.

This time, departure from Port Debilly - not Port Henri IV as before - opposite the Eiffel Tower for a night cruise on the ship's deck to sip a glass of champagne while watching the Iron Lady light up, and inside the ship for the chef's luxurious dinner.

"My ambition is to make the Don Juan II a benchmark gastronomic address. It's a restaurant with the most beautiful décor in the world, since it also overlooks Paris via its most beautiful avenue, the Seine. The food has to match the setting! It's also an intimate experience, since Don Juan II only accommodates 12 tables, i.e. less than 40 covers," says chef Frédéric Anton of this new experience.

Amagical evening in store.
