Le Clarence, at 31 avenue Franklin D. Roosevelt, boasts 2 Michelin stars in a sublime setting.

First of all, you have to be curious enough to pass the mysterious front of this Haussmanian building, decorated with French flags and a strange green flag... Then you'll discover a private mansion where theFrench art of living is honored on every floor.

Le Clarence restaurant is located on the second floor: three rooms with tables spaced apart, overlooking the kitchens or the Petit Palais. Serving 3 to 7-course menus, chef Christophe Pelé adapts to your tastes while retaining his signature land and sea combinations, and natural salting with carefully selected condiments.

What's on the menu? Not much choice, but plenty to discover! A simple base, unexpected combinations, exceptional cooking: that's what this new two-Michelin-starred restaurant has in store for us. Enjoy a red mullet, almond butter, button mushrooms, sea urchin juice and spinach leaves.

Sweetness and explosion, accompanied by delectable wines from Maison Haut-Brion, let the Head Sommelier guide you. The Clarence's little extra: all the wines tasted can be purchased from the Cave du Château on the first floor.

This 2-star Michelin restaurant is sure to delight the taste buds of even the most inquisitive palates!

And for those who simply want to relax, why not enjoy a cup of tea or a glass of wine by the fire, snuggled up on the sofa in front of the fireplace? There are also three private lounges on the third floor.
