Fête Nationale 2025 at l'Haÿ-les-Roses (94): Games, open-air cinema, popular ball and fireworks display

July 14th is an important date in France. No wonder: it's the national holiday! The whole country joins in the festivities. In every corner of the country, fireworks light up the sky, and people dance the night away at firemen's balls and bals populaires organized in various French towns. It's an occasion not to be missed! Young and old alike can take advantage of the many festive events on this public holiday.

In Paris, two highlights await locals and visitors alike: an impressive military parade, and an iconic fire works display from the Eiffel Tower, no less! But Paris isn't the only place to celebrate: the whole of the Île-de-France region is taking part in the festivities, with a wide range of events scheduled for July 13 and 14.

For some, it's a chance to celebrate the Fête Nationale close to home. For others, it's a chance to explore the region's heritage, which is well worth the detour! In the Val-de-Marne, the town of L'Haÿ-les-Roses is one of these nuggets to be discovered, notably for its sublime rose garden.

Nearby is the Domaine de Sceaux , whose garden was designed by André-le-Notre, and its château, which houses an art museum. As you can see, you'll have plenty to enjoy while waiting for the Fête Nationale 2025 festivities to kick off in L'Haÿ-les-Roses.

Program for the Fête nationale 2025 in L'Haÿ-les-Roses :

On Sunday July 13, to celebrate the Fête nationale, the town invites you to a big party from 4pm to midnight on the esplanade de la Bièvre (av. Flouquet).

• From 4 p.m., L'Haÿssiens and L'Haÿssiennes alike can come along with family and friends to enjoy the games on offer: inflatables, fairground games, foodtrucks, crêpes, cotton candy...
• At 5:30pm, an open-air screening of the film Un p'tit truc en plus, directed by Artus (1h39).
• From 7 p.m., DJ Vincent R will be on hand to provide the musical backdrop for a popular ball, before the grand fireworks show that will bring the evening to a close.

Free shuttles will be available around the town. The last shuttle leaves at 00:30. Parking spaces will also be provided in the vicinity of the festival.
