Fête nationale: fireworks and firemen's ball on July 13, 2023 in Antony (92) - Maintained

Every year, at the height of summer, the French gather to celebrate the Fête nationale. Held on July 13 in some communes and July 14 in others, this popular and festive event is an opportunity to celebrate our attachment to the Republic and the values of liberty, equality and fraternity.

A host of events are planned for the occasion, including a firemen's ball in the barracks, a garden party, a grand concert on the Champ-de-Mars, a military parade down the world's most beautiful avenue, not forgetting the inevitable flamboyant fireworks display to delight children of all ages.

In Paris, the traditional fire works display is fired from the Trocadero gardens on July 14, offering a breathtaking spectacle with the Eiffel Tower in the foreground. Elsewhere in the Île-de-France region, fireworks displays are plentiful, as in Hauts-de-Seine. Once again this year, several communes in the Paris region are celebrating the event, such as the town ofAntony, which invites all its residents to join in the festivities on Thursday July 13, 2023, with a fine program combining a fireworks display fired from the Parc de la Noisette and a firemen's ball at the Antony fire station!

Fête nationale: fireworks and firemen's ball on July 13, 2023 in Antony

• Fireworks display
  Fireworks will be set off at around 11pm from the Parc de la Noisette on the Coulée Verte. This fireworks display is organized in association with the town of Verrières-le-Buisson.
  
  
• Firemen's ball
  Organized by the City of Antony, the ball will be held at the Centre de Secours d'Antony from 9pm to 4am. The evening will be hosted by On Tour groupe Génération. They'll be playing current hits and French and international pop classics. All proceeds from the evening will be donated to the Paris Fire Brigade. Catering will be available on site.
