Fête Nationale 2025 in Vitry-sur-Seine (94): Fireworks and popular ball on July 14, 2025

In Vitry-sur-Seine, the Fête nationale is a not-to-be-missed event. It's an opportunity to have fun, dance together, and watch a magnificent fireworks display that could almost rival that of Paris! Once again this year, Vitry-sur-Seine has lined up a top-notch program for July 14, 2025. What more could you ask for?

This Monday, July 14th, a public holiday in France, the festivities start early: from 4pm, the music resounds on the Place Roger-Derry, and dancers are invited to come and have fun and show off their talents on the dance floor, at the bal populaire. The festive atmosphere continues throughout the evening until 10.45pm.

Then, shortly before 11 p.m., we leave the ball behind to cross the street and make ourselves comfortable in the Parc Joliot-Curie, also known as the "swan park". In this beautiful green setting, we prepare to marvel at the traditional fireworks display, fired from the Joliot-Curie stadium. Young and old alike are sure to be enchanted by the explosion of colors that make for a marvelous spectacle.
