Once again, July 14th promises to be a festive occasion! Head for the Hauts-de-Seine region, close to the French capital, and the town of Puteaux to celebrate the national holiday with a bang, and plenty of entertainment planned for the evening of July 14, 2023! From 6 p.m. onwards, all residents are invited to take part in this free celebration, which culminates in an explosion of colors, with fireworks over the Seine, to delight the whole family.
Puteaux commemorates the storming of the Bastille with great pomp, at theesplanade de l'Hôtel de Ville! Close to La Défense, Europe's leading business district, the town is bursting with activities and events for residents to enjoy all year round, as well as greenery, thanks to theÎle de Puteaux. For this exceptional evening, residents are invited to share a large picnic and a glass of friendship, amidst games and artistic strolls.
At 9pm, the beautiful light show begins, making this evening so magical. Tricolored light sticks are handed out to children with Puteaux Pass cards, for a dreamlike stroll through the streets of the town. A torchlight descent is organized from the esplanade to the quays of the Seine. There, residents can watch the masterful fireworks display over the water.
A convivial evening of music, enchanting entertainment for all the family, and a fireworks show: as always, the town of Puteaux will be pulling out all the stops to make sure we enjoy a magnificent national holiday!
