The town of Issy-les-Moulineaux celebrates the Fête Nationale in style this Thursday, July 13, 2023, with a torchlight procession followed by fireworks and the traditional firemen's ball. Let's get ready for a Fête Nationale under the banner of conviviality and sharing!

Every year on July 14th, the skies over France light up, and explosions of color and music delight the French as they celebrate the country's national holiday. And sometimes, the festivities go even further: some communes organize their festivities on July 13, so that citizens can enjoy this great popular gathering even more.

Such is the case ofIssy-les-Moulineaux, located in the inner suburbs of Paris, in the Hauts-de-Seine department. The commune invites us to its exceptional evening on Thursday July 13, 2023. The national holiday will be celebrated a little early at the Parc Départemental de l'Île Saint-Germain, where young and old are expected from 8.30pm.

  • Parc Départemental de l'Île Saint-Germain

    • 9.45pm to 10.15pm: Torchlight procession
      All Isséens are invited to join in this traditional procession, which leads young and old with their illuminated lanterns through the park.

    • 10.30pm: "Couleurs du Monde" fireworks display
      It's a tradition that delights young and old alike. Entitled "Couleurs du Monde", the show is an invitation to a dreamlike journey, rich in landscapes, flavors and smells. The soundtrack is chosen from a variety of repertoires to appeal to all generations and musical styles.
      Good to know: No public exit to the Quai de la Bataille de Stalingrad walkway after the show.

    • 10:00 pm to 1:00 am: Musical entertainment
      The Ambre 9 orchestra offers a multi-faceted repertoire ranging from waltz musette to variety and international music. Let yourself be carried away by the music, which is sure to inspire you to take a few dance steps!

  • Fire Brigade Emergency Center
    • 9 p.m. to 3 a.m.: Dance
      The Issy-les-Moulineaux fire department (75, boulevard Gallieni) organizes its customary fire department ball with DJ, tombola and refreshments in a festive atmosphere.
