The Christmas markets at the Tuileries,Notre Dame, andSaint-Germain-des-Prés are already writing their luminous chapters in the capital... and like every year, another setting is added to the story: the Eiffel Tower. Starting November 26 , 2025, the Parisian icon will open a fairy-tale-inspired space on the first floor for a season of readings, activities, and winter ambiance in a magical world 57 meters above the ground.
This year, theChristmas terraceis transformed into a little "Once Upon a Time" bubble, featuring a dome decorated with a fairy tale theme, centered around a library-style bar filled with books, feathers, and objects reminiscent of the world of storytelling. Lamps shaped like open books cast a soft light, and visitors can enjoy a space designed for a quiet break, with a view of the City of Light, surrounded by illuminated gardens.
As for entertainment, the program is rolling out: families can attend story readings on December 27-28 and January 3-4, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., in French and English. In the evening, on Thursdays December 4, 11, and 18, as well as December 26, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., the Diamond Gospel group will perform Christmas carols and gospel songs under the bubble.
EvenSanta Claus himself has added the Eiffel Tower to his busy schedule! Present on Wednesdays and weekends from December 6 to 21 (10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekends, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesdays), then every day from December 22 to 24, he will welcome children and families in front of a giant book photocall to immortalize the encounter. Get ready to flash your best smiles!
And to make your break truly delicious, stop by the gourmet counter: waffles, crepes, and Christmas treats are yours for the taking, accompanied by comforting hotdrinks—coconuthot chocolate, Christmas latte, or pear-vanilla-ginger grog. New additions include the croque-monsieur bar and the festive "Le rêve de Noël" cocktail, adding a savory or sparkling touch to the experience. Enjoy a cozy moment while taking in the panoramic view of Paris from the first floor.
So, are you ready to experience the magic of Christmas at the top? See you on November 26 for a winter in the mountains!
