New Year's Eve menu 2024 at Louis Vins

Le Louis Vins, the excellent restaurant in the 5th arrondissement that delighted us during our visit, is opening a new chapter in its history with chef Wilfried Romain, known to the general public for his participation in the Top Chef culinary competition.

For the coming festive season, the chef is pulling out all the stops, unveiling a truly mouth-watering festive menu for New Year's Eve 2024. On the menu are exceptional dishes, sourced from small producers and artisans, such as these scallops from the dive and this Saint-Pierre de ligne.

This will be the last dinner before the bistronomic restaurant closes for renovation in January 2024, after which it will reopen under the name LAVA, chef Wilfried Romain's final project. An opportunity not to be missed!
