The Christmas market season is officially underway in Paris and the Île-de-France region! The Tuileries, the Eiffel Tower, La Défense... you've already been there. So, if this year you'd rather escape the crowds in the capital, head to the Christmas Market in Épinay-sur-Orge, in Essonne (91)! On Sunday, December 14, 2025, the esplanade in front of the town hall will be transformed into a veritable winter village, dotted with fashion, food, design stalls... and much more to delight the whole family!
The program includes free entertainment for young and old alike, allowing you to give free rein to your creativity by personalizing your Christmas baubles or making your own scented balm, among other things. Children will love the little Christmas train. In terms of atmosphere, the music stage will focus on Christmas classics with a festive playlist, followed by a lively brass band and parade.
And of course, there will be plenty of magical moments! After completing his tour of the town,Santa's will head to the market to collect letters from the little ones and hand out chocolates.
