In Paris, when the days grow shorter, the lights grow longer. The capital dons its coat of light and bursts into a thousand fires. From the Champs-Élysées to the Faubourg Saint Honoré, viaAvenue Montaigne and Place Vendôme, a shower of sparkles falls on the cobblestones. And among the most eagerly awaited spots, Boulevard Haussmann remains a must-see.

For Christmas 2025, the Comité Haussmann Parisis putting the watts back into the garlands and restoring the legendary avenue to its former glory. On Thursday, November 20, at 5 p.m., singer Shy'm and Madame Bürkli, mayor of the 9th arrondissement, will officially kick off the illuminations. From that date until January 11, 2026, Parisian evenings will be bathed in a warm, chic, and enveloping white light: 1,725 garlands will be strung across 49 sparkling trees, while a 12-meter-tall illuminated Christmas tree adorned with the message "Bonnes Fêtes Paris Comité Haussmann" will stand proudly on Place Diaghilev, directly opposite the Opéra Garnier, complemented by a luminous tree tunnel facing Printemps Haussmann, at the intersection of Boulevard Haussmann and Rue Auber. A magical atmosphere to be enjoyed without moderation along 450 meters of illuminated boulevard.

And because shop windows are the stars of the show, Printemps will kick things off on November 6, followed by Galeries Lafayette on November 12. Together, they will unite the boulevard in a single magical glow, where each reflection tells the story of a Paris that continues to shine, in time with the festive season.
