A message to anyone who likes to put a little meaning under the tree — on Saturday, December 19, 2026, the Espace Champerret (Paris’s 17th arrondissement) is hosting the Grande Vente de Noël de Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque. A day of solidarity where every purchase becomes a truly life-changing gift.
The concept? A large pop-up department store with the feel of a Christmas market, stocked with new products donated by nearly 200 generous brands—Maje, Mondelez, Gérard Darel, Champagne Lanson, Clarins, JouéClub, Fusalp, Fursac, Figaret, Claudie Pierlot, DeLonghi-Kenwood and many more. Bargain prices, on-trend items, and 100% of sales donated to the association, helping children with heart defects receive surgery in France, Switzerland or Spain when it is not possible in their home country for lack of technical or financial resources.
Fashion, beauty, toys, food, home décor… there’s something to tick off every item on Santa’s list without maxing out your credit card! In 2025, the sale helped save 20 children, and since 2001, more than 205 little hearts have found their smiles again thanks to this wonderful charity initiative.
Behind this heartfelt initiative is Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque, founded by Professor Francine Leca, France's first female heart surgeon. Since 1996, the association has helped more than 5,000 children across France, Switzerland, and Spain.
Reasonable prices, generous brands, and children who can breathe again... this is Christmas shopping with real heart.
