On Easter Sunday (April 9, 2023), after the traditional egg hunt, we continue with the Easter theme with a baking workshop to do with the whole family, starting at 3pm, at the HOBA foodcourt.
On the menu for this workshop? Pastry chef Céline Courquin will teach you how to make your own Easter nest cake, composed of a sponge cake with chocolate mousse filling, or how to decorate a bunny cup cake by making your own decorations. It's impossible to celebrate Easter without creating your own chocolates: this year, not only are we hunting for the little praline eggs, but above all, we're learning how to make our own chocolates filled with chocolate/vanilla ganache with Mom or Dad (or any other accompanying adult)!
For this workshop to be done in duo, count about 50 € (for the duo): it's the opportunity to discover the basics of pastry with your little one from 4 years old and to learn how to make cakes worthy of a chef, to be done again at home. Of course, budding bakers will leave with their own chocolate creations.
