Dominique Saibron invites you to discover her three galettes des rois imagined for Epiphany 2017!

Dominique Saibron 's reputation is also due to his galettes des rois... In fact, he sells over 10,000 of them every year, in just one store!

This year, Dominique Saibron is betting on three creations to delight young and old alike: the legendary, the pistachio and a frangipane with pecan praline nuggets.

The latter is a surprising combination, concealing a crunchy texture with a traditional flaky pastry, made according to the rules of the art, using top-quality ingredients (AOP des Charentes butter and 100% pure-fruit almonds).

Last but not least, a galette is a galette with beans! This year, Dominique Saibron has teamed up with Maîtres Faïenciers d'art and, more specifically, with the artisanal company Les Fèves de Clamecy, who are offering a series of numbered beans illustrating the 7 deadly sins.
