For the first time since it opened, Brasserie Rosie is entering the galette race! From January 3 to 31, 2022, head to the 11th arrondissement restaurant to discover itsEpiphany 2022 creation!

Chef Johan David has imagined a galette de rois with a crisp, inverted puff pastry enclosing an almond cream delicately spiced with candied lemon zest.

For the decor, Brasserie Rosie's pastry chef has dressed his galette in a crunchy layer of roasted almonds over a hint of praline. Did you say gourmand?
