So, for Epiphany 2015, the Chef has decided to tackle one of the most gourmet culinary traditions in our calendar once again, with the Queen of Galettes des Rois!

And for Pastry Chef Louvard, nothing beats the traditional frangipane galette des rois! According to him, a galette is perfect when puff pastry and frangipane are harmoniously balanced.
