Halloween 2025 in the metro and RER: scary surprises and family entertainment

Even though you don't have to wait until Halloween to be scared on Paris public transport, from October 31 to November 2, 2025, theRATP is organizing events across its network toscare you in ways other than riding a crowded train, with little surprises for Halloween. There won't be any ghost trains this year, but there will be plenty of candy and scary sound effects!

Watch out for jump scares in the metro—you might get a fright when you hear the announcements on your RER or metro train, so keep your ears open! At the Madeleine and Bercy stations on line 14, keep your eyes peeled for video projections running until November 5. Trick or treat? For the little ones, candy, goodies, and face painting workshops await families!
