Card games will soon have no secrets for you! For the 42nd edition of the Journéesdu Patrimoine, the Musée de la Carte à Jouer invites you to discover its collections on Saturday September 20 and Sunday September 21, 2025. This unusual museum has prepared some very special events for this cultural weekend.

For the record, the French Playing Card Museum opened its doors in 1981, and is housed in the entrance pavilion of the former Château des Princes de Conti. It is one of the few museums in the world devoted to the subject of playing cards. In all, over 7,000 decks of playing cards are on display here, along with engravings, drawings and other objects related to the world of card games...
