The visit is an opportunity to discover the history of this building, constructed at the end of the 19th century (between 1860 and 1865) under the reign of Emperor Napoleon III. The tour takes in the courtrooms, decorated in the spirit of the decorative arts and style of the period, as well as the corridors of the Presidency, where the names of every judge since 1564 are engraved. Not to be missed: the double-revolutionstaircase , which conceals four statues set in niches. They illustrate maritime trade, land trade, mechanical art and industrial art.
