European Heritage Days 2022 in Paris: music and fashion, Haussmann district and Passage du Havre

September is European Heritage Days month in Paris. A cultural and festive weekend to pay tribute to the iconic landmarks making the city shine. Monuments and museums, gastronomy and fashion, scan the city to discover all its best-kept secrets.

This year, Passage du Havre joins the movement! Gathering 44 stores, the shopping gallery within walking distance from Madeleine, Haussmann and Opéra, is a great shopping location in Paris! For European Heritage Days 2022, and on Saturday September 17, the Passage du Havre teams up with the Comité Haussmann Paris – an association gathering the main stores set around the boulevard – to celebrate the area with an exclusive event called “Haussmann Side Story”.

Fashion is a celebration! All day long, “Haussmann Side Story” – inspired by the famous Broadway musical – performs the fight between the two rival groups with dance battles in the neighboring streets, inviting the audience to take part in the celebrations. A specific color code and distinctive coat of arms allow to differentiate the 20 dancers from the #HaussmannEst and #HaussmannOuest groups. Perched on the top of a customized bus, DJs set the tone.

An urban show made possible thanks to Agence Say Who and Rabah Aliouane – performer, choreographer and director of the event – working for the artistic coordination at Théâtre Mogador.
