  • Evening visit to the Maison Gainsbourg museum and access to the Gainsbarre
    Saturday, September 20, 2025 - 19:00 ⤏ 23:59 | Sunday, September 21, 2025 - 00:00 ⤏ 02:00

    ### To celebrate its second anniversary, the Maison Gainsbourg is pleased to be associated with the European Heritage Days through a tailor-made program.

After more than 32 years of anticipation, the Maison Gainsbourg has established itself since its opening in September 2023 as an essential cultural venue in Paris dedicated to the transmission of Serge Gainsbourg's work. Conceived and led by his daughter Charlotte, Artistic Director of the Maison Gainsbourg, this project offers a plunge into the heart of the artist's creative and personal universe.

For its second participation, on the evening of Saturday September 20, 2025 from 7pm, the Maison Gainsbourg is offering a free tour of the "Musée seul" trail at 14 rue de Verneuil in Paris.

Immerse yourself in the life and career of the artist through a chronological tour featuring 450 original objects and a selection of rare and unpublished archives. At the end of the tour, take advantage of the last few months to discover the temporary exhibition dedicated to the title "Je t'aime... moi non plus". The tour then continues to the Gainsbarre, a restaurant by day and cocktail bar by night, and ends in the bookshop-boutique, which offers a range of collections evoking the artist's rich universe.

For this year's "Architectural Heritage" edition, the tours will be punctuated by "talking points" with mediators recounting unusual anecdotes about Serge Gainsbourg and the wall at 5 bis rue de Verneuil. From 8:30pm to 9:30pm, a meeting & signing session will be held in the Gainsbarre with the authors - all street artists - of the book "Gainsbourg graffiti", a true account of the evolution of the emblematic facade of 5 bis rue de Verneuil.

The "Museum only" tour and the Gainsbarre are open to all (no reservation required, subject to availability on the evening of the event).

The "House & Museum" tour is fully booked for the European Heritage Days. Visits are only possible with tickets.
