Heritage Days 2026 at Alain Ducasse’s Coffee Factory: weekend program

If there's one chef who puts the accent on beauty and fine produce, it's Alain Ducasse. Not content with having been rewarded with a string of stars throughout his career, the chef of multi-starred restaurants began inaugurating factories in Paris around ten years ago.

Coffee factory, chocolate factory, ice cream factory, even a delicious cookie factory... There's no doubt about it: if you want to taste exceptional products, Alain Ducasse is the place to go. Speaking of which, how would you like to go behind the scenes of these magical places?

On the occasion of Heritage Days 2026, this coming 19 and 20 September, the two Alain Ducasse chocolate factories open their doors to chocoholics, but also the Manufacture de Café, based in the 11th arrondissement on rue Saint-Sabin. Brown-gold enthusiasts, you’re in for a treat with these guided tours of the Alain Ducasse Coffee Factory.

On the occasion of European Heritage Days, Le Café Alain Ducasse opens for the very first time its Coffee Roastery doors for the weekend of September 20 and 21. Enjoy an exclusive guided tour, narrated by our team.

A unique opportunity to discover its craft in an exceptional setting, opened in 2019. The magic of artisanry works daily at the Roastery on Rue Saint-Sabin in Paris’s 11th arrondissement: from Ethiopia to Brazil, with Colombia in between—uncover the secret of a coffee with a bold character.

At the end of the visit, you can explore all of our creations at our counter.
