After coffee, chocolate and ice-cream, Alain Ducasse is embarking on a new adventure: the cookie. The opening of the Biscuit Alain Ducasse is scheduled for September 1st!

Alain Ducasse is unstoppable! After opening a coffee factory, a chocolate factory, an ice-cream factory and a tea room in recent years, the Michelin-starred chef is now embarking on a new adventure: cookies!

On September 1, Le Biscuit Alain Ducasse is set to open its doors a stone's throw from Chocolat Alain Ducasse and Café Alain Ducasse, in Paris's 11th arrondissement. A highly gourmet place where you can savour some thirty intensely flavoured cookies, the recipes for which have been developed by pastry chef Flora Davies and executive pastry chef Arnaud Coutret.

As usual, Alain Ducasse has made it a point of honor to select top-quality raw materials, carefully sourced from the finest producers. The butter comes from a farm in the Cotentin region, the organic flours from Lot-et-Garonne, the butter with Guérande salt, the honey from Chambron, the citrus fruits from Corsica; while the coffee, ice cream and chocolate come, of course, from the chef's various factories.

From September 1, you'll be able to enjoy a range of sweet treats, including bar cookies with candied orange and hazelnut inserts for one, cocoa nibs and Peruvian chocolate ganache for the second, and dates, apricots, figs, raisins and cranberries for the third; hazelnut and pistachio praline palets and candied orange and lemon palets; toasted buckwheat and chia seed tablets; and hexagonal-shaped hexas cookies.

Other marvels we're already looking forward to include the Manufacture's traditional baked cookies, which we imagine to be incredible, as well as its minute cookies, the most pastry-like version of shortbread, made to order in chocolate, hazelnut or lemon versions. Asweet address not to be missed this autumn!
