With original flavours such as the incredible fresh herb sorbet and grapefruit-vermouth ice cream, not forgetting the traditional vanilla, pistachio and chocolate flavours, you'll love cooling off this summer at Alain Ducasse's ice cream factory!

In this heat, what better way to cool off than with an ice cream? But not just any ice cream!Alain Ducasse's Manufacture de Glace is one of the ice cream parlors not to be missed this summer.

Located right next to the Michelin-starred chef's chocolate factory and biscuiterie, on Rue de la Roquette (which we propose to rename Rue Alain Ducasse in his honor!), the multi-starred chef's ice cream parlour offers a refreshing and original interlude.

True to form, Alain Ducasse offers fresh products, made on site fromhigh-quality ingredients and using artisanal techniques to preserve the authenticity of the flavours - for example, the nuts used to prepare the ice creams are roasted in the chef's own factories.

No products that spend weeks in the freezer, our ice creams are made on the spot, every day, and always in small batches. They're turbinated before our very eyes all day long, according to the needs of the moment!

You can enjoy classic ice creams and sorbets(chocolate ice cream, but also sorbet (!), strawberry, pistachio, vanilla, plum), as well as the more unusual recipes that are the hallmark of the establishment. While the fresh herb sorbet lives up to its reputation and has been our favorite Glace Alain Ducasse flavor for years, other flavors are sure to please the taste buds (and hearts!) of adventurous gourmets.

Summer 2025 sees the return of the round, slightly toasted bread ice cream and the peanut ice cream, as well as the delicate new almond and vanilla ice cream. As for sorbets, the grapefruit-vermouth sorbet remains a must-taste for lovers of bitter flavors (in fact, it's Alain Ducasse's own favorite flavor), as do the passion-yuzu sorbet and the mango-coriander sorbet, to be enjoyed by all!

And if you want to take a little happiness home with you, note that you can take your favorites home in isothermal boxes (22€ for a small one, 42€ for a large one). If, on the other hand, you'd prefer to enjoy them on the spot, under the sun, you'll pay 7€ for a cone, and between 7€ and 9€ for a jar, depending on size!
