For this winter collaboration, Mama has teamed up with MONBLEU, a renowned spot known for its exceptional cheeses. This Parisian cheese shop, founded by Damien Richardot and Pierre Gay (Meilleur Ouvrier de France in cheese artistry), carefully selects high-quality farmstead and artisanal products, with a particular fondness for Alpine specialties. On the menu, you’ll find authentic Savoyard delicacies that truly warm you from the inside out.
The undisputed star remains the shareable raclette, available with or without charcuterie, and even in a vegetarian version for those who prefer it. The roasted Mont d'Or also holds a prominent place on the menu, served alongside platters of Savoyard cheeses for those eager to explore different flavors.
