Gourmet alert: you love Bo&Mie's viennoiseries and pastries, but you're more likely to be on the Left Bank of Paris? Don't worry, Bo&Mie is opening a new boutique at 5/7 Boulevard Saint-Michel in the 5th arrondissement.
After the boutiques in Turbigo, Rue Saint-Martin and the large tea room in Rivoli, Bo&Mie is now settling in the Latin Quarter. Due to open in summer 2022, there's only a few weeks to wait before you can treat yourself on this side of the capital.
" This new bakery will enable us to anchor BO&MIE even more firmly in the Parisian bakery landscape, as we had no presence on the Left Bank until now. We'll be able to appeal to a new clientele while retaining the values that make up BO&MIE's DNA: a 100% in-house offer, excellent value for money and special care taken to welcome our customers," says Jean-François BANDET, co-founder of BO&MIE.
"In addition to new business opportunities, the Boulangerie du Boulevard Saint Michel will enable us to expand our production capacity and offer our production teams better working conditions to produce increasingly sophisticated products. We'll also be taking advantage of the new premises to build a brand-new laboratory dedicated exclusively to the creation of our signature viennoiseries," explains Magali Szekula, co-founder of BO&MIE.
As a reminder, Bo&Mie has been in existence for 4 years now, with around 100 employees at its 4 sites, and is constantly delighting us with new artisan creations.
