Maxime Frédéric and his team unveil an entire collection featuring cakes, marshmallow teddy bears, stuffed roses, and chocolate flowers. As a special bonus, the world-renowned pastry chef is hosting a Masterclass on February 14th, just in time for lovers!

When one of the world’s top pastry chefs takes on Valentine’s Day, you can be sure the outcome will be exceptional. Maxime Frédéric and his team don’t hold back: February transforms into the month of love at Pleincoeur, with an extensive collection of creations celebrating romance. The session runs from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at his Workshop. You’ll have the chance to learn how to make the stunning heart-shaped chocolate, raspberry, and rose Charlotte, as well as a raspberry-rose tablet. The entire Valentine’s Day 2026 collection is now available at both Pleincœur locations in the 17th arrondissement: the flagship store at 64 rue des Batignolles, open daily from 8 AM to 8 PM, and the Pleincœur Workshop at 12 Mstislav Rostropovitch Street, open from 8 AM to 7 PM.
