Jade Genin unveils her Valentine’s Day 2026 collection, and we're absolutely loving it. This year, she’s introducing a "Taste Me" praline heart and a playful, original chocolate pot — both available in a limited edition from February 10 to 18 at her shop on Avenue de l’Opéra, Paris.

For Valentine’s Day 2026, Jade Genin’s shop unveils two chocolate creations that emphasize fun and sharing. Available in limited edition at her boutique in the Parisian 2nd arrondissement, on avenue de l’Opéra, these treats are a dream for any sweet-tooth couple. We’ve sampled them, and here’s what you need to know.

The "Taste Me" Heart: A Creamy, Delightful Praline

The first creation takes the form of a deep crimson heart named "Taste Me," decorated with handwritten black lettering inviting you in. Inside, you'll find a almond and Ceylon cinnamon praline that hits just the right note. The cinnamon warms the sweetness of the almond without overpowering it. The ensemble can be enjoyed in 70% Honduras dark chocolate or 46% Honduras and Madagascar milk chocolate, your choice. Priced at 35 euros for this 9 cm piece, it makes a charming gift to be cherished by someone special.

The Chocolate Cocotte, Our Top Pick

The second creation was the one we found most enchanting: the chocolate hen. Jade Genin drew inspiration from the paper hens of our childhood to craft a uniquely interactive chocolate experience. Here's the idea: each piece features a symbol, and beneath it, a question to ask your partner. Four questions, four chocolates, and notably, four distinct flavors:

  • "Banana Bread": pecans, cinnamon, and ripe bananas
  • Avalina: Piedmont hazelnuts and dark chocolate
  • Praliphanie: praline almonds, vanilla, and rum
  • Tahaa: Tahitian vanilla and dark chocolate

During the tasting, the flavors are clear and well-defined, each with its own distinct personality. The "Praliphanie" with rum especially stood out: it offers the intense taste of rum without the alcoholic bite, evoking a nostalgic memory of rum-soaked crepes, where the almond praline and vanilla wrap everything in a deliciously indulgent embrace. As for the "Banana Bread," it captures the true essence of the classic treat, with that gradually revealed toasted banana flavor that develops on the palate. It's skillfully crafted and provides a refreshing contrast to the more traditional pralines. The cocotte is priced at 26 euros.

What we love about these two creations is the desire to turn Valentine's Day chocolate into a shared moment of intimacy rather than just a simple gift. Jade Genin, located at 33 avenue de l'Opéra near the Opéra Garnier, presents pieces that break away from the usual, without falling into gimmicks.

Looking for a unique and delicious Valentine’s Day gift? These creative treats will be available from February 10 to 18, 2026, exclusively at the shop. With a limited edition, it’s best to act quickly before they sell out.
