Running along the historic heart of Paris, opposite the stunning Place de la Concorde, the Hôtel de la Marine offers a behind-the-scenes experience, inviting you to discover its secret restaurant on February 13 and 14, 2026.
In this historic setting, at the Cordon Bleu, the doors are subtly opened to reveal a private space — once the queen’s chamber. It’s here that Chef Eric Briffard, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, alongside Fabrice Danniel and Sommelier Armando Coto, invites lovers to indulge in a special experience: a wine-pairing dinner. Crafted around seasonal ingredients, this evening offers carefully curated food and wine pairings, complemented by guided tastings and shared moments of romance.
For this culinary experience, available from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM, the cost is 140 euros per person. A package option at 45 euros (including four glasses of wine or non-alcoholic alternatives) is also available and can be settled on-site.
