LAND&MONKEYS unveils its 100% plant-based Christmas collection

To mark the end of the year, Land & Monkeys presents its Frissons Gourmands collection, an entirely plant-based range inspired by winter flavors and textures. The aim remains the same: to offer festive pastries that are accessible, inventive, and consistent with the brand's commitments. The entire collection will be available in stores in Paris, Aix-en-Provence, and Bordeaux.

Pastry chef Valentin Garnot has created four Yule logs, including the limited edition "Mont-Key." This creation combines crunchy hazelnuts, chestnut cream, soft biscuit, vanilla ganache, and a blackcurrant center, all coated in white chocolate. It is available in a six-person size for €55.

The Hazélia log combines hazelnut mousse, homemade praline, and vanilla ganache, in a version compatible with a gluten-free diet. The Chocolate log combines a soft cocoa biscuit and a crispy puffed rice layer. The Azahar combines different textures of pistachio and a ganache flavored with orange blossom.

The four-, six-, and eight-person sizes will be available starting December 11 at prices of €27, €38, and €49, with the eight-person size available by order only. Individual logs will be available starting December 2 at a price of €6.50.

The collection also includes seasonal products. Panettone, in candied fruit or chocolate versions, citrus gingerbread cake for six servings, Monkey Roll and gingerbread monkeys, with €1 donated to the Jane Goodall Institute for each monkey sold, as well as Monin winter syrups will also be available.

Starting December 26, the collection will expand to include galettes and Bordeaux brioches. Galettes are available individually for €4.50, or for four, six, and eight people for €22, €32, and €42, with two fèves for the eight-person size. Pecan galettes are available for six people for €38. The Bordeaux brioche is available in individual portions for €4 and in portions for six people for €17.
