There's no shortage of exciting things to do this autumn in Paris and the Île-de-France region! On September 20 and 21, 2025, the Journées du Patrimoine (Heritage Days), a Europe-wide cultural event, will give us the opportunity to rediscover fascinating places in the capital. For the occasion, the Musée Cernuschi, the City of Paris' Asian arts museum, is opening its premises to the curious free of charge, for a weekend of culture and discovery.

During his world tour from 1871 to 1873, he acquired almost 5,000 works of art, including a large number of bronzes, and commissioned architect William Bouwens der Boijen to build a mansion on avenue Vélasquez to house them.
