Paris: these celebrities who left the capital to live in the country

Since the Covid-19 epidemic, many Parisians have decided to leave the capital to find peace and quiet. Among them, several celebrities have chosen to move to the countryside, far from the Parisian stress.

Paris is without a doubt one of the most beautiful cities in France, with an incredible cultural program and many advantages. However, the capital also has many flaws, between its very large population, its often crowded transportation, its pollution... After the confinements and curfews linked to theCovid-19 epidemic, many Parisians have had enough of the difficult climate of Paris and have left it to flee to the countryside, much calmer and healthier.

So, since 2020, it is the exodus and celebrities have not cut it. We can imagine that in a city like Paris, it must be common to be recognized in the street, thus affecting the peace of mind of these stars. If Stéphane Bern 's departure made some noise, many others decided to change air.

According to Le Parisien, the presenter, a history buff, expressed his "relief to leave", because he had "the impression of going crazy". After 18 years living in the capital, Stéphane Bern has moved to a house in the Perche.

The actor also packed his bags last year, to go to the countryside. He told the magazine Psychologies that he began to"suffer Paris", and that he could not see himself"living in the city anymore". Since then, he feels much more fulfilled and can enjoy moments of solitude with his family.

The actor has chosen to move near Orleans to get away from Paris. After 15 years living in the capital, he explained to Europe 1 in 2020 that he had a crush on this historic city, yet close enough to Paris by train to work easily.

The two parents of a little Jim went much further than the previous celebrities, since they left Paris for the Basque Coast. The Miss France 2006 and the journalist wanted their child to grow up and"learn to walk on grass rather than concrete", according to Gala.

For the actress, the decision fell after the confinement and its Covid, which she lived very badly. She told Paris Match that she wanted to escape"the leaden and unpleasant atmosphere" as well as the stress of Paris, after having remained cloistered.
