In an unexpected turn of events on this festive weekend, all trains to and from London were forced tocancel their journeys due to an infrastructure problem on the high-speed line on New Year's Eve.

Eurostar has unfortunately had to cancel all trains this Saturday, December 30, 2023, more than 40 in total, causing inconvenience for thousands of travelers at this particularly busy time of year. The reason for the cancellations is said to be theflooding of a tunnel in the south of England, disrupting the rail network.
Nevertheless, Eurostar apologizes and invites affected passengers to exchange their tickets free of charge, giving them the option of rescheduling their journeys to a later date or a more convenient time. Customers also have the option ofcancelling their booking and receiving an e-voucher for use within the next 12 months, or opting for a refund.
