After exploring the history and carefully studying the models and layouts of Château-Neuf, students are reclaiming the royal residence. From primary school through high school, they let their creativity flow, imagining automaton caves, plans, and views... much to our delight!
This initiative involved students from Passy, Ampère, Bonnenfant, Giraud-Teulon, and Les Sources schools, as well as classes with special arts programs (CHAAP) at Claude-Debussy Middle School, along with young people from other schools and high schools in Saint-Germain-en-Laye and surrounding areas.
Curation: Thomas Péan (art teacher at Claude-Debussy Middle School), Mélanie Juvany (museum mediator and outreach coordinator).
The Night of Museums is the perfect opportunity to revisit the museum's most famous painting, which also ranks among the most mysterious masterpieces of Western art. Come see it once again, surrounded by the works created by students it has inspired. Expect to be amazed!
