La Nuit des Musées is a must in the capital's cultural calendar. This cultural event, which takes place all over Europe, invites you to discover our heritage in an original way, through exceptional nocturnes, free visits and unusual activities in participating museums, monuments, castles and institutions. This year's Nuit des Musées takes place on Saturday May 13, 2023. As you'd expect, Paris and the whole of the Île-de-France region have come up with a hyperactive program for the occasion!
How about a cultural trip to the Yvelines? The department of 78 has no shortage of beautiful treasures, the most famous of which is... the Château de Versailles, no less! In addition to the home of the Sun King, the Yvelines region offers both stunning landscapes and comparatively little-known cultural nuggets. This time, we're taking you to Mantes-la-Jolie to discover the Musée de l'Hôtel-Dieu, dedicated to the town's history and the artists it inspired. We look forward to seeing you at this year's Nuit des Musées!
Children will be invited to decorate and make paper boats.
Come and discover the museum's works thanks to young mediators from the art section of Lycée Jean Rostand in Mantes-la-Jolie.
Sarah Nardon (soprano), Marielle Boutelier (mezzo-soprano) and Emilie Millon (guitarist) invite you to discover the museum's painted works through a unique musical and pictorial recital. Embark on a journey through Europe. Let your impressions be your guide, however personal and incredible they may be...
