In the Val d'Oise, and more specifically in Gonesse, theprefiguration space of theformer Musée d'Histoire et de Société (closed in 2013) awaits you at the heart of the Pôle Culturel de Coulanges. It's here that you can discover the collections gathered around the History of Education, as well as the history of the Rural Hospital in the Île-de-France region, while awaiting the conception of a future museum project supported by the town council.

Over a 3-year period, Jana Klein and Stéphane Schoukroun gathered a wealth of testimonials from residents, students, teachers and researchers to give them a voice, understand our relationship with school and try to imagine the school of tomorrow.
This extensive investigation provided the material for the company's new show, Notre École (tragi-comédie), as well as for the creation of a series of off-site theatrical performances: Vide ton cartable (Variations sur l'école).
Vide ton cartable (Variations sur l'école) is a series of performance readings for a variety of audiences (schools, bookstores, media libraries, intergenerational centers, social centers, etc.). Each of the readings features an interview with a teacher, a parent or a pupil, each time put into perspective with Jana and Stéphane's questions about their respective schooling, that of their teenage daughter, and the complexity of putting on a show about a place that never ceases to create debate and crystallize tension.
