The Nuit des Musées returns each year in mid-May for a one-of-a-kind, very special evening: during this must-attend event, museums, institutions, foundations and artist-run houses go all out to offer visitors an exceptional artistic and cultural experience. The event gives the public a fresh look at the collections of both small and large museums of Paris and Île-de-France.
Some will offer special guided tours, others performances, and still others kid-friendly activities, games or concerts... As you’ve guessed, during this unusual Night of Museums, even the museums and the monuments you know by heart can surprise you.
Saturday May 23, 2026, for the 22nd edition of the Night of Museums, we’re headed to the Cernuschi Museum to (re)discover the treasures of the arts of Asia. Ancient objects, sculptures, paintings, bronzes and ceramics, prints or drawings: great civilizations reveal themselves through these exceptional works.
The Cernuschi Museum invites you to a special evening in the heart of the 8th arrondissement. Without further ado, here is the full schedule for this Night of Museums. Be sure to arrive early at the museum to make sure you can enjoy every activity!
