In Paris, there are plenty of music opportunities, to the point where it can be hard to keep up. So, if you’re after a fanfare and folk music, head to the Parc de la Villette! Europe’s largest urban park open to all cultural, sporting and educational activities, there’s always something going on. A humanist architectural vision by Bernard Tschumi, the Parc de la Villette stretches north of Paris across 55 hectares, where meadows, gardens and buildings host an eclectic cultural programme.
Norwegian Youth Fanfare
We are arranging a trip to Paris for a group of children accompanied by their parents, traveling from Norway.
They will number about 30 pupils and teenagers aged 11 to 18.
It is a Norwegian folk orchestra made up of choristers and instrumentalists, a brass band including drums, clarinets, flutes, trombones, euphoniums, trumpets, saxophones, and more.
They will present a concert lasting roughly half an hour.
