The Fête de la musique is back ! This year's popular and festive event will once again offer a rich and eclectic program on Saturday, June 21, 2025.
But what exactly is the Fête de la Musique? Once a year, on June 21 (the day of the summer solstice), this free, popular musical event invites all musicians, amateurs of all levels and professionals alike, to celebrate living music and to showcase the breadth and diversity of musical practice, as well as all musical genres.
Created by the French Ministry of Culture in 1982, the Fête de la Musique has since been exported abroad, becoming a national event in countries such as Luxembourg, Italy, Greece, Peru and Colombia. Over the years, the Fête de la Musique has invented and reinvented itself, becoming an emblematic event that we love to celebrate every June 21.
While there are plenty of musical events in Paris on June 21, there are also plenty in other parts of the Paris region, such as Courbevoie. This year, this town in the Hauts-de-Seine region of the Paris region is offering its residents a program that invites them to travel, and is sure to please as many people as possible.
What's on the menu? A concert of Indian music at the Pavillon des Indes in the Parc de Bécon, as well as Caribbean cover versions at the Théâtre de Verdure and a performance by the municipal wind band in the Parc des Pléiades. Here's the program for the Fête de la Musique 2025 in Courbevoie!
