For the Fête de la Musique 2025, Brasserie Martin is going into summer mode, taking on the air of a guinguette to thrill Parisians and tourists alike, from 7pm until midnight.
The brasserie's 11th arrondissement brigade is preparing to unleash a competition suckling pig, roasted beforehand, as well as a fine lamb confit, which will be served in homemade breads. As for pastry chef Victoria Arosteguy, she'll be marking the Fête de la Musique 2025 with a specially imagined pièce montée to coincide with Brasserie Martin's 3rd birthday!
On the drinks side, Brasserie Martin unveils a host of bottles sourced directly from the producer, to be enjoyed by the glass or bottle, as well as craft beer, not forgetting the house cocktails and mocktails.
And to keep things lively, Brasserie Martin has thought of everything, with DJ sets from Max, Gus and Gabby, who will be taking to the decks from 7pm to keep you rocking all night long. The program includes house music, a touch of disco and a healthy dose of funk, enough to keep you going until midnight.
A great evening ahead!
