Calling all lovers of Italian culture and song! For the Fête de la Musique, head to the kiosk in Square Violet, in Paris's 15th arrondissement, for a concert that smacks of the sounds of the Botte on June 21, 2025! And with good reason: a 100% all-female choir, Sono Solo Canzonette, awaits you to perform a myriad of popular Italian songs, in the purest transalpine tradition.
For an hour, Paola Niggi and her choir will enchant you with the very best ofItaly, all in a joyful, good-humored atmosphere! Among the songs you're likely to hear (we don't know the exact line-up, so it'll come as a surprise...) are anarchist songs like Addio Lugano Bella, nursery rhymes like Madama Doré, and Viva la pappa col pomodoro, one of the best-known songs because it's covered so often.
Note that the concert is free and starts at 5pm! After 6pm, no more Latin sounds... you'll have to go and discover other concerts and musical happenings if you want to continue your musical adventure in Paris. In the 15th arrondissement, other events await you, including a Brazilian music concert at the Andrée Chedid library, a pop group concert at Motte-Piquet and a gospel concert at Square Yvette-Chauviré.
