In the 15th arrondissement of Paris, it's time for the Olympic and Paralympic Games, as many venues will be hosting the sporting events in the arrondissement. Now, it's no longer a surprise: we know, among other things, that the Champ de Mars will be particularly in demand on this occasion with other structures, transformed into sporting arenas for these 2024 Games.
For the Games, the Porte de Versailles exhibition center was transformed into theArena Paris Sud, to host theweightlifting, table tennis, handball, boccia, goalball, para-table tennis and volleyball events. It's usually here that the biggest Parisian trade shows are held, including the Salon de l'Agriculture, the Salon du Chocolat, the Foire de Paris... For over a hundred years, since the park celebrated its centenary in 2023.
Numerous metro and RER stations provide easy access: Porte de Vanves stop (line 13), Balade stop (line 8), Georges Brassens stop (tramway line T3a), Porte de Versailles stop (metro line 12).
