Valentine's Day 2021 by Cédric Grolet

We almost waited! With Valentine's Day 2021 just a few days away, renowned pastry chef Cédric Grolet is finally unveiling his creations for the lovers' day!

From February 12 to 14, the chef will unveil a brand-new creation in his Cédric Grolet Opéra patisserie. Called La Rose, this pastry is available to take away via click & collect on the Cédric Grolet website, and features a crisp shortbread crust, melting rose almond cream, pink grapefruit confit and a light fresh ginger mousse.

If you're in an even naughtier mood, Cédric Grolet has also imagined a creation for the palace Le Meurice. Available for delivery and takeaway from February 11 to 14, this pastry, called L'Interdit, is a feast for the eyes with your sweetheart.

L'Interdit is made with Grué de cacao praline, fleur de sel, a cocoa flowing heart, creamy chocolate from Manufacture Alain Ducasse and an airy chocolate mousse.

Expect to pay between €30 and €85 for the two Cédric Grolet creations. Happy birthday, lovers!
