For the occasion, Madame Brasserie is offering to seduce lovers with a 4-course menu that ends sweetly with the Baiser de Madame Brasserie, a dessert specially created for the occasion. So, you can look forward to a gourmet menu featuring French specialties.

Starter: Carpaccio of scallops, clementine and French Baeri caviar

Main course 1: Vol au vent, land and sea; European blue lobster and farmhouse yellow poultry
